Ana-Filipa’s photographic work has been featured on the covers of numerous magazines including a spread in National Geographic.

Ana-Filipa’s latest photography venture, “CheckMyPlants” is photographing rare and unusual plants, specifically indigenous South Africa succulents against a black background, using natural light only, waiting for the perfect light which only occurs on some days.

Ana-Filipa’s forte is plants, but recently, this exceptional artist has been capturing animals such as snakes and porcupines against her signature black background and the results have been outstanding.
