This Plein Air Festival was the brainchild of Dr Roger Melvill, who together with Andrew Hart came up with the idea of holding a first ever En Plein Air Festival in Cape Town.
Program of events:
From mid-morning: Artists will be at their easels in Noordhoek; at the beach, at the common, at the roadside and in private gardens. Map available at the Noordhoek Farm Village.
From 16h00: Art works will be on display
From 17h00: Auction begins
30% of the proceeds donated to the local Neighbourhood Watches.
