LifeLine Western Cape is an organisation of well-trained and carefully selected LifeLine counsellors who genuinely care for and provide support to callers and clients facing a crises in their lives.  Their counsellors provide support to people in emotional need, whom they seek to empower through non-directive, empathetic counselling.  LifeLine counsellors have taken a pledge of confidentiality.  Their counsellors are highty trained and skilled.  They are there to listen, providing support through all of life’s transitions, offering the first step towards healing.  At LifeLine WC they believe that the way in which people function in everyday life is to a large extent dependent on the quality of their relationships, be they family, social, business or community.  They promote the process of self-awareness and learning so that each person can empower his or her own human potential.
